A thousand years from now, we won't remember who was president or who gave the speech that motivated the first man to walk on the mon. We won't remember any of the wars. But we will remember this as the time when people first ventured off this planet. It's like the first fish came out of the ocean; this is the same scope, the time when human life ventured out into the cosmos. It's the same level of significance.
